Custom message on shared files
You can now accompany each FAB-DIS file shared with your clients with a custom message. Specify the context of the share in a few words: nature of the update, specific content, special instructions… A simple way to improve communication with your distributors.

Custom distribution lists
Create tailored distributor lists, adapted to each type of FAB-DIS file you create. Send the right file to the right people, with no extra effort.

Schedule the delivery of your FAB-DIS files on the date of your choice. Plan your updates ahead and automate your distributions according to your calendar.

Brands using FAB-DIS Connect and Easy-Check for 3.0
The complete list of suppliers using FAB-DIS is accessible directly in your interface via the “FAB-DIS Brands” menu. There you will find all the players able to share their data with you.

Addition list by your manufacturers
You can now see directly in your interface the list of manufacturers who have added you to their distribution list. A clear view shows the manufacturer’s name, their email, the date added, the relevant recipient, and whether a file share is active.

Custom message on shared files
Files sent by your suppliers can now be accompanied by a custom message. This gives you more context about the shared file: update, specific content, special instructions… no more ambiguity.
Discover it in Easy-Check > Collect Comments.
File sharing indicator
You are now notified when a manufacturer shares a file with you. The sharing indicator (Yes / No) is visible directly in your addition list.

Enhanced downloads dashboard
The dashboard has been optimized for downloads. You now have detailed information about who downloaded a file and which version was retrieved.
